i remember hearing a chill out track in my friend's car back in india long time ago. you could hear waves in the background and every once in a while a voice sample would say " hamein har saal ek hafte ke liye" (we should every year for a week"..and at the end of the track the complete sample plays saying " goa jaana chahiye" (go to Goa!)
and by the way i totally agree with the sampled voice.
