Beach, desert,forest ?? How may I decide one??
Maybe depending the season...
Think the desert is perfect for party during winter,when its not warm enough for beach and its
too cold for mountains .I love lakes and in summer the weather there isnt niether too hot nor too cold ,
Each place has it's diferent taste and energy , |

A place called "Matka" in Macedonia. There is a small lake surrounded by tall cliffs and ridges that almost looks like a narrow canyon. There are two really old monasteries next to each other and lots and lots of trees and vegetation. I'll post some pictures after i come back from there this summer. |

I definitely agree. Lots of nice insights...i know, there are so many different places i havent even been yet, and some landscapes i need to get to know better. I got a lot of years ahead of me! 1 or 2 days a week a group of friends and i (small group) set off to new places to explore. just a day away from all of the world and all worries...all the burdens we are constantly carrying around with us. a sabbath...there are so many positive aspects; improved physical health, get to know your friends and yourself better, sharpen instincts. i could go on and on...its just to many people forget about nature and everything thats out there. everyone is too caught up in their lives...it shouldnt be this hard to be happy. thats what i think is one of the main problems with the modern world. theres just way too much BULLSHIT. when i am in nature, its about survival. it is simple. everything has its purpose and everyone knows their place. so easy to be happy. hahaha sorry for babbling!

i cant really choose one but i think i am most relaxed in the Desert and i feel most uplifted and free in the mountians....like the North of India/Nepal......
what i allso love is just endless scapes and that is Aussie Bush big time!

I have been to Forest, desert and beach, and I loved the beach and I also want to move out to a beach and live there I love the sound of the sea, to walk thru the sand, feel the breez! wow!

For me it's Yorkshire. From barren windswept moors to beautiful green rolling hills and dales to sandy lagoons with palm trees - Yorkshire has it all (except sandy lagoons with palm trees). The Yorkshire countryside really clears the mind and makes you feel at one with the world erm... or something 
As the saying goes in England: 'Yorkshire is god's own county' (he has a bungalow on the outskirts of Leeds... you know the guy, his son runs the loaves and fishes stall down the market).

for me it is deep thick dense woods which harbor pixies, elves and trolls.......a little fog wud be an added bonus
