Well, I'm a Proggy guy so all the Scandolabels like Digital Structures, Iboga, Spiral Trax etc are at the top of my list.
The Germans also rock with Plastik Park, Tatsu etc
Ultimae & LSD from Chill
& from the oldies Blue Room & Matsuri

My preferences have changed a bit. I stille like the old labels like Matsuri, Blue Room and the old stuff from Dragonfly and Flying Rhino. But from the new stuff comming out I just love the stuff from Timecode Records, AP Records and Agitato.
