Deep Dive Corp....sort of more on the chill-out side, but they still moved my ass and head more than any live artist I have heard in a party.
Close second was Cosma. He played a beautifully done morning set that had me hurting for days. It was the first and only time I have ever seen my wife literally jumping up and down on the dancefloor from the music. 
Both of those were at Lovefield in 2002.
