Branch out, don't think trance is the only style to get tips from.
Some of my favourites
> DogsonAcid.com - Drum n Bass forum. Excellent production tips all round. Especially posts from "Nozia" that are scattered about.
> Gearslutz.com - This is heavy stuff, so don't rock up and post some lame comment asking how to make a twisty saw sound.
> Dubstepforum.com - The latest bandwagon in the UK is Dubstep, so jump aboard! Some tips here and there and good new ideas for dubstep sounds.To be honest, it's not my thing, but that's not to say there isn't good stuff to be found. |
