I'm entirely happy to be re-educated on the technical issues...
If you genuinely wanted my thoughts on the issues, you have a very funny way of showing it. I'm certainly entirely uninclined to provide you with the 'proof' you require to validate the fact that I'm not lying (how entirely bizarre, assumption of being a charlatan, because you either won't or can't disprove my knowledge).
There are dozens of books and papers either partially or wholly dedicated to filter development, Raibner et all, should you wish to increase your knowledge on filters.  .

My point is on mastering and the production process and you know it.........its pricks like you who are contributing to misleading people down the path of bad production procedures.
so what frequency you cutting at?

I've already explained why I won't - maybe because I'm not the sort of prick who misleads people into bad production values.
Why are you so wanting of an example?
And what would it be beyond a subjective opinion of the right place to cut.
Listen to my tracks - see for yourself whether you think I know what I'm doing. Maybe you do, maybe you don't.

You have rattled out a lot spiel but when asked for an example frequency you cower away.
Now let me ask you something, your an intelligent person, why do you think I want an example frequency?
Nearly everything in this thread is subjective......thats no excuse to back away.

I suspect it is that you think it will reveal some weakness in what I am saying.
I fairly certain I won't agree with it.
I think that it will definitely cloud the issue even further.
And I'm not cowering away. I've given justified reasons time and time again for not doing so. I'm simply not going to do it. That doesn't mean I'm cowering away.
Does it strike you that my online persona, with the readyness to post example soundbites, synths and what I've picked up knowledge wise along the way, that I'm frightened to say what I think, and back it up?
Come on. Everyone can see thats just not accurate. .

Your point of view means nothing to me with out some idea of an example frequency......it is very important to know what kind of frequencies we are talking about.....VERY.......let go of your fear.

Is it a trick question?

Does it expect a frequency value as an answer?
- Then it should outline the circumstances otherwise it would not be possible to get the answer.

- then the answer is: I cut at the frequency which is above the spectrum I find displeasing.
Anyway, my contribution to the subject. My kicks have little EQ, no Compression no anything on it.
Fatkick has to be fat from the sample.

If this is how you react when something means nothing to you...
Anyhow. Give it up. I doubt I'd post example freqs now, even if I thought it would be beneficial to the thread. Largely because I'm a stubborn fucker.
Although, lurking at the back of my brain is the thought, that perhaps thats exactly what you want me to do.
At least this way your confined to whining about the fact.
