There's something about that synth you put on after the main breakdown (around 4 minutes) that I don't like. Seems to "harsh" compared to the rest of the sounds in my opinion.
Otherwise it's a good basis of a track. It reminds me of a lot of the Hamburg-style offbeat-trance, but the bass is deeper and not as bright as most of those artists. Needs some more elements to really work as a track though, but I think you'll get there
