Falling party stage

Once I saw a pissed of guy throw the mixing table on to the floor while the dj was playing. Outdoor party, 8am, with maybe 200 people dancing and all fell silent and the idiot just disappeared behind the stage. He must have been a local habitant who wanted his sunday morning sleep-in! All was back in order after 5 minutes but you should have seen the djs face when it happened!
But I seriously hope nothing of what voxmulox mentionned will ever happen, and if it does it would mean that dj is playing some damn banging music!

i dont find this thread very constructive in anyway. actually, i find it quite counterproductive. it kind of makes me angry. maybe im stressing over nothing, but i dont find joy in those kind of disasters, especially when people get hurt as you described.
There is a find line when disasters can be funny or tragic.

Excercise some empathy when asking for something like that and people will be a lot more forthcoming 
I saw a DJ collapse at a party once, it scared me (not really pleasant to see anyone collapse or get hurt - especially not under those circumstances).
What will be next - Videos of people collapsing from drug use ? Im just going with the flow here.....

although i agree about a thin line between tragedy and funny, i can not resist on adding my personal experience here.
on 2003 at mamba beach bar in chalkidiki Greece.
A very well known dj felled from the stage and broke two of his ribs. Day time 14:00 on a hot summer day
The whole thing seemed to be funny in the begining but...it was no funny at all when we realised what really happened.
BTW this dj is drinking sth like 30 beers just to warm up before the real drinking begins... guess who

In an Outdoor party in 2002 i saw one freak to climb up a tree reachin' 3-4 mts high when all of a sudden the branch breaks and the freak fell down on the dj table.
Wasn't funny to wait to continue the party.
