Like I mentioned, text-to-speech synthesis progs come in handy, but you gotta search for good voices, if yo uwant more than 2 female voices and LH_MIchael aka Budget Stephen Hawking.
Theres sites too that will output TTS audio with more voices likely.
FYI, FreeTTS is just as good as the pay-prog AliveTTS, comes with the same voices too, at least i havent found any discernable advantage to the pay prog.
