Good Morning!!
How be the things this morning? Going well? I am stoked, other than this painfully hurting sore throat that I seem to have developed. KPSU is in the midst of its annual Pledge Drive and could use some help financially. You know how sometimes you are doing okay in life and paying bills on time and have a little nest egg of savings being saved up, then one day you decide to blow your savings on something frivolous, then the next day your car breaks down and your sewer line to your house bursts and you now have no money and need a lot more too? Think of us like that. lol. We need some love. Please love us. Carl Sagan loves us so much that he is going to talk with us today. It should be awesome.

And we are almost to June. Today will be my last broadcast with you all until July. During the month of June I will be in places not really connected to Portland, Oregon. Next week is **GO4 P4RTY 4** and then after that I will be traveling abroad and filling my ears with the lovely sounds of Orbital, The Prodigy, Soulwax, Placebo, Basement Jaxx, Flaming Lips, and even a Blur show. All in all, I'll miss you kids while I am away, but I think my vacation will be awesome. Unfortunately, while I am away, you're on your own for events. I am sure there are a lot to witness and participate in, but I am trying not to think about it. I hate missing cool shows. Although next week's **GO4 P4RTY** should be epic . . . ly stupid.
