Good Morning!!
Early this week, it was revealed that we had found Ida, our missing link ancestor connecting humans to apes and lemurs. A 47-million-year-old specimen that was also a vegetarian. This finding is awesome. This finding makes me happy. This finding gives me hope. It's one of those findings that has been talked about as long as I have been alive and yet never produced or discovered. Now that we have found our common ancestor, it would be extra delightful if we could start fully teaching evolution in the classrooms and begin the deprogramming of faith-based education and doctrines. Then maybe we can start teaching some more compassion and empathy. Then perhaps we can all live in my Delusional Utopia Mega-World. It is quite amazing in the Utopia Mega-World. I think you'll be happy there too.

Spring is rushing by and we are nearing summer. Summer should be interesting this year and I am quite interested to see what happens with it. One thing I know for sure is that there are a lot of happy events going on. In two weeks, **GO4 P4RTY 4** will kick off a very proper summer and things simply get more amazing from there. That's in two weeks though, this weekend is Memorial Day weekend. There is the Sasquatch Music Festival, DEMF, massive amounts of camping and rafting, and local fun too.
Tonight, the legendary Neil Hamburger comes to visit Portland for a weird night of hilarity at the Doug Fir, and Alex Grey is in town as well for a night of art and music at 2410. Saturday night 2410 offers a night of female action with a party called Nectar. Featuring Forest Green, J. Phlip, 31 Avas, and a slew of others, the night should provide a pleasant backdrop for the mid-weekend activities. Sunday and Monday should be filled with friends, parks, barbecues, and laughter. Then work on Tuesday will be painful.lol
A quick reminder that after next week's show, I will be on vacation for a month, so you won't be journeying into Utopia Mega-World with me again until July.
Ida was too late to hug the baby dinosaurs.
