Guess what! Today is my birthday. It's all rather exciting actually. Things are moving forward and changing. I'm almost done with my Masters Degree and out of PSU. In a couple of weeks I'll be celebrating my 10-year anniversary with KPSU and broadcasting my final show with them as well. I'm moving into a new radioland and out of this one. This week marked me starting a new adventure in a new school system and next week will do that again. Like a good game of Slitherlink, the puzzle of life is getting more and more complex and challenging, yet it is also becoming easier thanks to developed skill. And it is with that mentality that I will be doing my show this morning. My third-to-last show for KPSU. The beginning of the end. The end of the beginning. Soon, it will be time to try a new adventure and see where it leads me. I'm pretty stoked for it all. I hope you join me on that adventure too, but we'll talk about that more when I get to that stage. For now, we are at Friday. A Friday before a 3-day weekend. Let's get through it and celebrate!

OK, so there have been massive amounts of parties and excitement over the past few weeks that I haven't been able to share with you because I have been out of town and/or busy. If you missed things like the killer desert party, sorry. You need to get plugged in better. nw-psy.com is a great portal and worth keeping your eye on. To be honest, I haven't been paying attention to the events happening this weekend, so I can't tell you what to do. However, for those interested, Goa Gil (hahahaha) is on September 19th and there is a Dr. Seuss themed party called Hello From Whoville on September 26th. Then there is Hixxy @ Don't Panic 2 on October 2nd in Seattle and there is also Perfect Stranger on October 2nd (both of these two are in Seattle). So, as you can see, the party season has not died. I am beginning to believe that it will never die. Summer is going to last indefinitely. Except for on September 18th. The world will temporarily cease to exist for a few moments on September 18th, after my final KPSU broadcast ends, but we'll resurrect the planet shortly thereafter and make things even more bad ass and FABULOUS!
The badhead brings the teapots.
