Good Morning.
As the weeks move forward, I am discovering what some of the previously missing elements have been. With regards to what? In particular, this here radio show that has been broadcasting for a very long time. I used to not have to think about the visual element. The radio man sits in a booth hidden from the world. The radio booth is a place to hide while reaching out to the world. Now I have an added element for the live show, but one that needs to be removable for the podcast shows. And I think I have found a solution to our dilemmas. Tune-in today to find out what I am talking about!

FABULOUS! Radio
10 -> 1 (PST)
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/fabulous-radio

To be in touch during the show, drop a line:
AIM - goafabulous
GChat - fabulousradio

UStream - Live chatting with other listeners

As you see, I have a new gmail and a new AIM address. Please make note of them.
That is how you will be getting in touch with me from now on.
Also, if interested in being on the show or submitting music to the show, send an email to the address listed above.

I hope everyone had fun at their respective parties last weekend. I hear that Hixxy tore it up and is a genius. I also hear the Perfect Stranger played some new killer techno remix of Gamma Goblins and should have played about an hour less than he ended up playing. All in all, good to hear that both shows went off wonderfully!

This weekend is this weekend. The Pogues are playing in Portland on Sunday at the Roseland. The Butthole Surfers have reunited and are playing the Crystal Ballroom on Wednesday. Wednesday night also brings Kid606 to Branx.

Then on Friday, October 16th, Kid606 is teaming up with The Flashbulb and being joined by Naha, Fukumup, and many more, as they destroy the night in Seattle at Where the Wild Beats Are! More info can be found here: http://www.nwtekno.org/showthread.php?t=140428 and you only have 5 more days to enter to win a pair of tickets to this! To win tickets to check out Flashbulb and Kid 606 in Seattle on the 16th, send a sentence about Autumn/Fall to my email (fabulousradio@gmail.com). It should be 10 sentences long and include a 3-sentence intro, 5-sentence body, 2-sentence ending. ke?!

Also on the 16th (and also in Seattle) is the next installment of the Chillography series! Crispy and Chillography kids work hard and chill hard, so if you are in Seattle and need an event that is the polar opposite of Flashbulb, Kid606, Naha, and Fukumup, head to this one. More info can be found here: http://www.chillography.net/blog/2009/09/chilllography-202-details/

Then, if you can't make it to Seattle for that show, The Flashbulb will be down in Portland on Saturday the 17th for a party at the illustrious 2410. 2410 is also hosting a massive Halloween party, but that is many weeks away still.

October 24th ChickenHed returns with the sequel to last springs [not so shockingly] successful Downtempo Mastiff. Welcome to a gRave New World will feature two rooms of ambient and downtempo music to sooth your soul and send deathly tingles up your spine. You need a proper invitation to get into this event, so head over to http://nw-psy.com/portal/index.php?topic=1150.0 to find out more info.

October 31st brings Halloween and 98035476092341 events and house parties. They will all be great. You will have fun regardless. But so far, only one will feature The World's Sexiest DJs . . . The Skwee Magnets. And that's Blood Moon at BCs. A Halloween night of spooky psychedelic sounds and creepy something else. It's f'ing Halloween. Figure it out. More info can be found at: http://nw-psy.com/portal/index.php?topic=1110.0 There is also a chiptune party happening up the street from there at Vino Vixens. That one features our good friend Kid Whatever and fellow Magnet, The Bad Pioneer 2000. It's Halloween. There's lots happening.

Then we hit November. We'll discuss new business after some of this old business is finished up.

They never did stop playing, even if you stopped hearing them.
