Hello people,


i jus extracted a vocal sample from a movie.. ther are some background noises whc i want to eliminate... i jus want to have the vocals.. tried searching a lot in cubase cud not find it..


any suggestions?........ im using cubase sx2           ~~Hereos are never born ~~They are the outcome of tough conditions ~~

Try the simple way ..

Q8 , Q10-Paragraphic EQ + Some filters on .

Or just (Better way) Open Vsts and creat those
vocals from your work machine .

You can use the x-noise and x-hum plugins from waves. There also also other noise reduction plugins out there.           ________________________

You can avoid using "dirty" samples. Using all of those plugins reduce quality because they remove certain frequency range

work with clean ones, its better

i like X-noise, but yeah the usual filters and what not, also try and use clean samples with as little bakground music and stuuf as possible.
