External Samples and Notes!!

ZUpp !!?
Im making a track with external samples..and they are in some way melodic.and they have their proper notes
for example:" Psylead1 - E "
In the first place i dont know the note names by ABC n stuff
i know em with other names.. (i dont use this kind of samples i like more to create my own stuff twisting any sound) anyways..
so the track is based on a note rite? ok..now heres the annoying part..how do i link the sample note with my track?!?!?!
im really ann0yed by this..quite frustrating tho
