I don't like presets but recently I got into exs24 sampler and enjoy those accoustic piano section with sounds from steinway or yamaha etc..Also all the synth analog&digital waveforms are cool I got good fun with it and i really like this sampler.
I wonder are there any sources to get such samples for other instruments or waveforms of other synths ? You got some links? So far I worked almost only with one sample that I sampled from somewhere,now I like that each key for instance for steinway is not just pitched from c but originaly the tone unpitched so to say if you know what I mean(d is a d and not just a pitched c.. it got its own harmonics and disharmonics etc and sound much realer).I forgot the term..key ranges samples.. sth like this.. hope you get me.any advice is very welcome.

it comes already with a lot of samples and you could add any sample librarie that is compatible (or not but you may need to make the instruments on your own), i m not sure to understand ,are you looking for some free samples of synth waveform and stuff like this,except in good sample librairie i think you will find mostly stuff that is not multisampled and exs24 algo for retuning is horrible (you need one sample for each key , 2 or 3 semi tone could be ok too but the artifacts are there very fast with this sampler, i hope apple update the resampling algo for logic 10) |

yes on own it the best but this is a hell of work.Im thinking about an external recording in a church where I got some connections to an organ player.You know those instrument with hundreds of pipes... the addictive synthesis pendent in real instrument.
But this is a hell of work...
I'm looking for stuff like this..without doint it on my own.
Yes multisamples..sounds good.I thank you for information.I will think about it all.Many libraries contain only one shots I think.Infact I have not a big clue about libraries.Will check it out if I can find multisamples stuff.
Personaly I like exs24 the modulation matrix is great imo.But havent played that often with it so far.
