export midi in fruity.....

ok, i use fruity loops to jam ideas, then export it to logic and build tracks from there.
but im having trouble exporting a midi file from fruity.
say i have a really complex synth line i want to use.
i solo the channel; file > export > midi file > file name > GO...
but the resulting file is 0kb and contains no midi data. not even fruity will open it....
any fruity guru's out there can help me out please?

what tha hell are u doing? Using the sequencer of fruity over the sequencer of Logic ?! Logic is like the most MIDI friendly ever.
and if u like fruity so much, just use it as VSTi ...
and stop messing around with some features, that fruity can't handle.

well let me clarify, i use fruity on my laptop, when im sitting around in my lounge room.
and it doesnt take too kindly to Logic, especially once i start stacking up the VSTi's...

hmmm, really??
if u follow the file path i posted b4, there is definately the export option of midi file...
and yes, it is the midi of a synth line, not a .wav (should that really matter tho?)
so, any other help please?

That's the thing, they work on fruity because they don't need to use MIDI man !

i exported midi from fl!!!!
ha and yes im so proud of it 
i expotred the sound font data and then poplayed it from my sund font midi channel in sb live a long time ago
all worx fine u just need to know how to do it
