Not sure if i understand correctly but if you're asking how to bounce midi to audio then just select all your midi parts press 'P' this will set your locators..Then hit solo on your midi channel go to file --> export --> audio mixdown
Choose the settings, check 'import into audio channel' and hit ok..
As for the benefits, for one it will reduce your cpu load secondly you can access the wonderful world of 'offline processing'
Just right click your audio parts and go to plugins..Now you can use any plugin without using cpu & can undo the changes if you don't like em..
Hope this is what your were asking for..

you're right about all, meaning bounce!! but. when i have some audio events in a audio channel, the mix includes all channels,i would like to be just create a audio file with only the sound of the midi channel! I JUST put the other channels in mute and now i export from mixdown and ,it just work ...i meant just export the midi channel events become a audio event.... do you understand what i did??..when you do that always all the channels mix down.??!!
it could works to the benefits of the cpu use.....

Instead of muting all the other channels just hit solo on your midi channel (its the 's' on your midi channel)
