i am looking for a labtop for production. the 6 pin firewire seems to be exclusive to a pci/card/slot and with labtops we dont have this as far as i know. so i compromise to usb for the connection with the soundcard. so i came to the motu 828 usb.
is there anybody experienced with this card.
also advice on a labtop with a 7200 rpm harddisk is welcome. i hardly find one with 7200 rpm. fujitsu seems to have an H/model with 100 Gig 7200 rpm but i can find nowhere a shop that advertised this model so i dont know how expensive it is. also i would like to have the possibility to connect two screens (well at least one) on it and an external keyboard possibility is welcome. dualcore.
