the track -knock it off - is one of the finest pieces of work ive heard .. EVER !!! imho ..
seriously .. the break with the cartoon voice saying we never have any fun, the mi-loony-um style melody that follows, and then the beat after that ...
magic !!
and the sample cmon miss justin, shake that ass .. incredible use of a sample ..

I'm not exactly a full-on fan, but those guys are something different. Some of their tracks are good...

Exaile are very talented, I hope they will diverse their music more in the future.
And of course you can make it all easier and check the Isratrance artist database where it's all at.

Exaile are Nir Sobol & Eyal Zur. They both arrived into making trance from a totally different direction. Eyal learned to play the piano from the age of 10, he then played guitar in a trash metal band. He also graduated from Rimon music school, Israel's top. Nir also used to play guitar, he studies sound and production in Yoav Gera school in Tel-Aviv. He was playing also guitar in a metal, and then moved to electronic music, but although he used to go regularly to parties, didn't get too deep into trance music. They've been making electronic music together for 6 years. The first four years as a band with a singer trying to fuse rock and electronic music. Two years ago, after they met Skazi and things clicked they started to get more involved and make trance music. Exaile had already been playing live all around the world, using guitar and drum machines in their live sets.
They released their debut album- In Panic- through Shaffel in December 2002.
On compilation they released: Exaile- Tied Up (Zoo, Interact, Bass Monster, Yellow Sunshine Explosion vol. 2), Exaile- Panik (Force), Exaile- The Low (Mammon- The Dark Star), Exaile- Knock it Off (Zoo 2).
Together with Skazi they released: SX- Cost Me (Zoo), SX- Herpes (Zoo 2) and Skazi vs. Exaile- Rambatsamba (Psycho Laboratory).
next time check the isratrance Artist DB. it has many israeli artists there

Exaile for me is the very best project of last year. Every their track on every next compilation seems to be better and better. We have an amount of real killer tracks. In those tracks we have all the tricks: mighty full on, guitar samples, crazy voices and mysterious tribal & ethnic sounds. When I've heard their first CD In Panic there was not such impression. It was good but almost 'nothing special'. Track Miss Justin was very good with amazing sample ''Hey, Miss Justin, shake your ass, baby, shake your ass". It was said with such expression that I have to keep this disc in my CD Player for longer time.
And then there was a party at Moscow (PsyStrars Fest - Shaffel Rec. Party) where participated Exaile (there also were Void, Tube and 40%). And live from Exaile two guys were one of the very best moments of my rave history (you know I've been to Infected Mushroom, Astrix, Skazi, Rinkadink, Void, GMS, Psydrop and many many more).
HA! And now they coming to us again (September, 11 - Exaile Live Act in Moscow). I'm waiting it with my knees trambling and as I know there will be promotion of their next album which realy have to be released already (August, 15 - release date).
Boom to everyone and special thanks to Exaile for I have goods things to wait. |

Exaile made a lot of progress from the 1st album!
If u take all the last 6-8 releases u will see how much they kicked the machine!!
One serious missile in the chemical crew arsenal!

I agree, they produce some seriously wicked high energy tunes! We had the pleasure of Eyal's visit in SA, but hope to have them back during our busy summer season

I am having a large party soon in sweden together with swedish-mushroom.com , laugh n dace and yage records.
