I don't agree with that at all...
For me Goa would be something before 2000.. or even earlier. And psy... well, proper psychedelic music... like old Hux Flux...
I would say Euro + Psy = Full On

Full did evolve from goa, but from a very small part of what goa has to offer - and today takes the whole scene almost - which is very narrow imho .....
so if you're asking, it's not '+' it's '/'
Goa/10000 = full on
