Rui (aka Shakri) is a 28-year-old producer from Lisbon, Portugal. Shakri's project was born in late 2003. Rui's interest for electronic music became quite obvious when he started attending Psytrance parties, in 1996. After a while he started playing as Shakri in various small parties with internationally renowned portuguese artists like Suria, Audialize, Nexus, among others. He also had the oportunity of playing in parties in wich performed Azax Syndrom, Gataka, Eskimo, Void, Ananda Shake, Phanatic, Damage and so on.
At the present time, he plays for Moonsun Recs. Happy Minds and Genetic Dreams.
The year of 2006 marks the release of Shakri's outstanding new work, that will immediately catch you and involve you in a blend of sweet, melodic & psychedelic atmospheres
in Chill Out area, with songs like "Fairy the Queen of Moondreams", "Making Magic", "Child of Woods". These songs will surround us with relaxing and
atmospheric ambients.
In what concerns to the Trance scene, you can hear various styles of Shakri's music. "This May Kill You", "Therapy", "Time to Change to Sayko Mode" are a product of his most recent work, just to name a few.
At the present time, he have a new dark project called EVILCORE, get ready for news frequencys.

but a little bad comment i must make,
...wtf... you call this a free release and you insert annoying cuts in your songs...
supposly because the Copyrights!!!!
Dude releasing a FREE release exclude any copyright...
what do you think it will do???
anybody with a bit of technical skill can remove this but it just piss off others...
anyway ill stop there... im sorry to be an ass but it must come out...
But ill say it again you got a really killer sound!!
thats why it pissed me off...
hope youll think about it for your next releases that were all impatient to hear...!!
