it should work like this,, you can make out who, or which user's are on fire ( at a particular time),, and which ones have simmered down,, so which ones are on fire should take the reins/lead , and the simmered down ones can rest , but it has to be a team effort if at all, for this to explode into ripeness compltely.anyway now ithink its got a mind of its own, and it cannot be stopped!but there have to be people willing to take the initiative theirselves,and not wait for someone or something to occur.

What I do is post at least three considered comments (not just "I like it") after listening to three complete tracks, for every track that I post myself from criticism.

Yeah, good point. also, maybe writing some actual feedback? if it's positive, don't just say: "Great stuff! keep at it". try to say what you liked, why, etc.
If it's negative, don't say it sucked and leave, give constructive criticism.

I would also add to the whole topic: guys, please post as much finished production as possible. I can't see any sense of giving a feedback to a 2 min cut. especially if the author of the topic says he is lazy finishing it. Why bother making music at all?
I like the quote from Tolstoy, about writers: If u can not write - do not write
The bottom line - just provide something more or less complete please, because ideas, composition and arrengement are much more important than the quality! MUCH MORE! You can hire a mixing engineer who will mix your track but you can't buy ideas, talent, MUSIC. And these are the real factors that are valuable, something that is intersting to listen, comment and try to improve.

i just thought thats what the workshop was for, help and advice. it is what i says at the top of the page dude.
