Directions update...
Road from Granada to Motril (A-44), exit in the Km 144 dir. Padul. Then take de road 4050 to Almuñecar. After 109 Km you´ll see the first sign on the right.

ups!!! a mistake in directions!!!
after leaving the A-44 in th km 144 to Padul, you head for Almuñecar on the 4050. The is 10 Km to the first sign, NOT 109!!!

Well... ther goes my review of this one.
It was a small nice festival, in a very good place, lots of shadows, well-done deco, suficient sound-system and some very nice people.
Smiley and happy people dancing and talking with each other, good overall vibes indeed.
As for the DJs and sound, enjoyed some of them, but IMO no kick-ass sets, some good tunes but overall a bit of lack of flow, jumping from prog to full-on to dark in a very chaotic way (in my opinion).
I wish to send smiles and good vibes to all the people i've met that were open and friendly and to the dancing people, specially the guys and girls that took the dancefloor to a higher happy place (you know who you are  )
Now the bad part of it:
As you can see in this forum, we (Swan X-1) were invited to play at this party. We asked the organizer (Ix - Marcos) if they could help us with the gasoline money, he said he couldn't, we said OK, we will go anyway...
Our intentions and wishes were the best, to meet new people, make friends, show our act abroad for free and help the party to be more special... so, after informing Marcos that we would arrive at Saturday afternoon and leave at Sunday night, we left from Porto (Portugal) and headed for Granada, full of energy and good vibes! We drove 1000 Km to get there, another 1000 Km to came back, and spent 250 euros in gasoline and tolls.
When we got there (Saturday, 19h) we met Marcos, and the guy was surprised we were there!!! I mean, he put our name in the line-up here, he told us to come and he was surprised?!? We even took the care to inform at what time we would arrive...
Anyway, he told us that Saturday line-up was full, but that he was going to arrange things to put us playing in Sunday...
Well, we enjoyed the Saturday night and afternoon, dancing and chillin', waiting for the info from him.
Sunday night the guy was in the dancefloor near to us, saw us several times but didn't came to say when we were going to play, so i went again to talk with him.
He said to me he was surprised we were still there (wtf!!! he looked at us 3 time in the previous 10 minutes) and i said to him of course, we are waiting to play, at what time will we play? Again he said he was ging to talk with the other guys, which he did, and then he came back saying we would play at midnight. We were happy, it was a good time to play, as the party was going on till Monday and people were happy and dancing...
So, at 23h30, we got our stuff (computer, guitar, cables, etc) and went to the DJ spot.
We were checking the mixer and the gear when other guy Felipe came by (I must say he seemed to be a good man, nothing against him) and informed us that we could not play because the party was going to stop at midnight, due to some troubles with the police... We replied that Marcos said we were going to play at that time, to which he replied that he had told a long time before to Marcos that the party was stoping at midnight!!!
So, everyone knew about it, and this guy Marcos, the same guy that invited us, was lying and cheating us the whole weekend. Felipe was ashamed and sorry for us, and of course we didn't charge on him, looked for Marcos, we wasn't there...
Pissed off like hell, we went away, not to ruin with agressivity and negativity these party, as the people present didn't deserve it.
So, to end this:
Marcos (Ix), your one of the most lame person i've ever met in my life. You are a liar, a coward, and a shame to the spanish trance world. You pissed on 2 guys you invited, and that wasted 250 euros and a whole weekend to help you make a wonderful party, for free. I've never seen anything worse than these in the whole trance scene. Shame on you, wasted and poisonous kid.
To all of the world's djs and acts, beware of this guy. I think these facts speak for themselves.

I understand your frustration Serguei...but may be you're being a bit too harsh.
I absolutely understand your situation and...trust me, I believe you.
Let's see what Marcos has to said, I know the guy...I know he has no evil inside him at all, may be the situation was a bit too much for him.

i hope you are right, Justin.
Its good to know he has friends like you.
But what he did, and how he did it, leaves no space for excuses... never saw anything so low and weak in the trance scene, and i've seen a LOT of sh*t...
overall i try to look at the good things, and forget the bad ones... hope to find more good people around, like i found this weekend

I really like your attitude...about Marcos...well, he seems to be another one of this trance freaks with loads of good intentions, but may be not enough...well, you name it
But I know him, I know he had no intention or arrogance at all with this attitude, I'm sure of it.
I don't think you have much choice rather then get on with it...really, I seriously doubt he'll say anything at all here...but I've been wrong before
From my side...I just wish you the best on everything, you just have the right attitude, because I've been in deep shit before due to organizers...and I always had to shut my mouth coz I knew I would have lost the plot otherways...and, as I always say, a man is a slave of his words, so congrats for your positivity and obectivity.

I'm not writing here to get to him.
I write because i really liked the festival and because I think its important to warn the good people, djs and producers when something so disrespectful happens...
it's very sad, but it has to be done.
i'm only carrying with me the good stuff. The bad stuff just warned us to be more careful with people we don't know, even if playing for free under invitation! and that's the saddest part of all.
my buddy denied a paid job as sound engineer and i wasted a vacation day to go in this adventure... not to mention the money and the physical effort.
i move on to the next gig, hoping to enjoy the audience and to eventually help them to smile more

You don´t need to claim for attention in such a poor way.
The festival was runned by 8 active collectives...more than 15 people actually.
You, serguei, came when you wanted, WITHOUT saying when. I never heard your name before, so not really getting anything from showing your name in a line up. I spent the 3 days running, without sleeping, and of course, this is the main reason i´m doing this, full on LSD. If i saw you when you say i saw you, probably i saw a monster and that´s why i looked somewhere else xD...no seriously, i don´t remember having the feeling of scaping from you...thats funny. Because i was the only one defending your position in a line up that was already closed whe you arrive, you slowthinking creature. Actually, your angel Felipe used quite a lot of different adjetives to name you...do u really want me to tell you? Don´t think so...you seem to be so delicate and sensitive. So, motherfucker, i went running to the dance floor when i heard the soundsystem stopping, because that was my fight, to keep the dance floor alive. And you were not there!? Where, with your cables, computers, guitars, blablablabla, the fuck you got so quickly? And i stayed there for around 3 hours more taking things down. By the way, thanks for the comments about Tribe of Frog Spain, you stupid thick head. Is one of the things I´m doing in Spain at the moment.

Just to say that i wouldn't have used any of this really nasty words if is not because of you, serguei. I was excited in having you there. I was convincing everyone....
anyway, i don´t give a shit mate. Do your stuff, you have enough with it.
Overall, the experiment of the mini-festival, came to success...the people really appreciated that it was free, no fences, no time limits, and the treat from the organizers, wich point the main targets from the project.
The line up organizing was a bit wild, we where all really tired to think. Is the first time i saw real Lobby Groups pushing for their Djs!
Not much more to say, really, now my will is a bit low, after this comments.
Anyway, serguei bastardo, sorry for the inconveniences in trying to help you, i take note of everything for future events, not with you of course. And i hope you find more people to kill in your cruisade.
