hi!
what do you think about this effect? i am looking for the highest quality effects and dont have the money for the 8000fw  i need good reverb,phaser, flanger, delay mod, etc...but its have to be in a quality i cant get in the softwares ( the only one i really really love is the uad cs-1... they all sound plastic infront of it, but it got to be even better) anyway i cant hear it in any store in israel, so i would like to know what do you think.. by the way i saw on ebay that some of them come with os2.5, os 3.0, os3.5...
if i buy second hand eclipse with os 3.0, i would have to pay for the upgrade? (3.5)

assaf, as we disscused before on the phone, these are amazing, no software could come close to what eventide does. no question about it.
get the 3.5, usualy upgrade chips do cost money and need to be installed properly by trained person. you dont want to messs with that, &100+ wont kill you, look for used.
you are welcome to come and hear the H7600 in my studio, its alittle different unit but you will get the picture about eventide.
