how do i edit events in fl3
say i want make the cut go from nothing to full in a period of 30 seconds how do i edit it?

well, you right click on the cutoff knob and choose edit events, than, for a gradual and precise editing, you right click from the place you want the cutoff change to start, to the place you want it to stop (it should form some like this: / )

yes i know this but this make the cutoff go up only in one squere what i want is to make it slide from nothing to full for about 30 seconds (say 8 squeres) for example

Right click for a gradual editing,
LEFT click, for more extreme cutting...

the Record on fl3 is fucked (at least in the version we have) and I think thats got something to do with it.

and anyway alex - wtf r u doing with fruity loops? u supposed to be doing cubase work....

making edit events in fl is just simple.
make 2 patterns, one with the melodie, the other with your cut off... thats it!

make your edit events as long as you want, but pls note that you just have to put one pattern of the edit events in the fl playlist, otherwise it will repeat!

shanti i'm trying to do cubase but it's giving me hard time!!!!
all kind of noises and stuff..i  tryed to make parts on fruity and take them to cubase , got some problems with it too..so....
but i do trying...meanwile the noises in my head want to come out so i'm letting them on the fl....:)
