yo .. just heard twice .. good stuff ..dont like the kick roll intro tho .. 0:17 .. nice mystic riff.. really digging the funky bass @ 1:00 .. nice , i wish it continued longer ..why only 20 odd seconds of it ? =) .. nice tension buildup after .. 2:10 gallop bass .. cool again , heres where i lot of drums would sound good .. just 1 snare ? and it gets lost a bit , a more metallik `klanky`one maby would cut thru the mix better imo .. all in all i like the ideas here , but it needs more drums .. some hats would add some high end sparkle .. great pottential here dude .. nice 1 .. keep up and share the finished ver if u like ..

Hallo aXis .. Well , You know me , I always like present the things the way they are (My truth - What i think) Without trying being nice for this person or other or to turn things out so it be sound maybe different , I like to say all clear , That a better way imo .
Almost cant hear the kik , Bass also need power , Hh where them ? . Didt liket that all those chirping up there taking the first place in the track and hiding the rest sounds in a very sharping way , You should give the bass kik to lead the track and this is not happening in here . I wrote you in my last comment here - You never use mello backrounds and atmosphere synths in your tracks so all sound like a factory and mechanic - No spirit , No soul in , No harmony or backrounds pads to hold and hug and connect the all sound together , All sound an cold metals in . Need a hard mix work . More volume to all the track , Make it more powefull at the down area . Less high sound , Try concentrate more in the basis first - The construction , Then with the others - All the flying things around .

No , But i was realy serious .. Look in 00:59-01:10 The kik is losing his power and at 01:25 again and in 03:00-03:15 and at 03:40-04:06 (Almost cant hear the kik) Thats right or im deaf ? Fix me if im wrong , Thats for the kik . Overal need an better work on the hh , Hard mix work (No balance with the sounds at all in) , As i wrote you before .
Dont realy like fast music but at the same time can be sound good on a high speed when all go's right , Thats what i mean , That was my point in the last post .

thanks a lot fr some more time ....
@mk - manick - 47 - Dude ... that funky bass sounds better on slower tracks... dont really make music above 152 these days .... hence this track was supposed to be messy,glitchy ,tension track.
@ cardinals - Yes man the kick bass loses energy but really hard to believe u miss the kick :S ... i prefer making 'low energy music' wit a lotta flushes ... so yes the energy does come in and out all over the track .
@ hmmachine and jeto - yes it was pretty unfinished then ... still is . Dont know if id post the ful version here. |
