After the huge summer success of Twilight Zone 2004 open air, at the beautiful location of Kerkini lake and Beles mountain, with participation of more than 2000 people from all over Greece as well as from Denmark, Sweden, Skopje, Bulgaria and Turkey, on a killer "24 hour" party marathon, this year we are very proud and happy to present the European Festival of Electronic Culture & Digital Art !

Concept :
This year the festival is dedicated to the "intense" contribution of technology and multimedia implementations in the entertainment of the modern human.
In today's "modern" world, amusement consists, without any doubt , the main element of humans free time and at the same time it turns to be an essential need for everyone. The result of the fast technological development in the field of entertainment, reflects the "immanent human's need" to search and find new ways of creation, combining his fantasy with the will of pure freedom !
Technological applications in culture and art today are more than sensible !
Everything IS ... or turns to be electronic ! Our everyday media briefing, our communication, our entertainment !
The European Festival of Electronic Culture and Digital Art offers a wide variety of quality top most events and happenings in the fields of electronic dance music, video & visual projections and presentations, alternative decoration, lazer and lighting shows, photography and multimedia implementations. All this coming from some of the most important and upcoming artists from all over the world !
Artists and producers, Dj's and Vj's from Australia, South Africa, Germany, France, England, Holland and of course Greece will perform for 3 days and 2 nights aiming to offer us an extraordinary opticoacoustic experience inside 100% natural environment away from the "big city" daytime routine !

First Day (Friday 8th July 2005) : The European Festival of Electronic Culture and Digital Art has the honor to present for first time ever in North Greece two of the most important representatives of the global electronic sound revolution of '70s and '90s, Mr Karl Bartos from the legendary German band "Kraftwerk" and Merv Pepler from one of U.K.'s first ever live techno bands Eat Static. Along we have our own Mikael Delta, Alzheimer Beat (the new electronic live band of Giannis Agelakas from the legendary Greek Rock band "TRIPES" !) and the upcoming star of downtempo electronica I.X.Ω..P. !
