I'm looking for psytrance that is euphoric, kind of like...
1200 mics - ecstasy
hallucinogen - strangled cat (the end part)
vibrasphere - floating free
I don't want jokes and I don't want it to sound cheesy or like rock music (no guitars)
I also want it to still be psychedelic somehow. Bonus points if it doesn't have a rolling bassline
Any recommendations?

Well for me Vibrasphere - floating free has all the vibe of eurotrance seriuosly, I love his work but that track is very far from what once they delivered with classics like Stereo gun, newport and alike.
But i think you will like vibrasphere - Seven days for daylight, its in the border line of euphoric and cheesy.
maybe ticon - 1987 is another one you might like.

It don't get more euphoric than this.
One of the moments I will remember for the rest of my life when Simon played the Oliver Lieb mix in Sola Luna 2001.
