It is still dangerous Detox.
in trying to wash the image of your country you are putting our little lives at risk....it would be nice if you could avoid this in the future.....if you are so concerned, why not detail us a political/legal map of actual greek provences...saying which one is worse off than the other......

Is there a place in this planet where you can have an open air psy trance festival without problems from the police?
If there is one i will move there immediatelly.
If some people go to parties just to consume and sell drugs and the police arrests them then its their problem.
Drugs are illegal in Greece (just like in almost every country of this world) and the police has the responsibility to apply the law.
I am not trying to wash the image of my country unno,i dont know any people that got arrested at Samothraki Festival just for being there,the people that got arrested had drugs on them.
We are not putting anyones life at risk,everyone is responsible for his own actions.

Hi there,
l had spoken to Gabe and Mauri about the police problem in Greece and told them to be really carefull after the bad news of sdf.
it was so ironic in alepohori that everybody was doing everything on bright daylight. that gave me a lesson that all depends on who is doing the party and their influence on the police force.
we had no problem what so ever and l could not possibly believe it. it was graeat fun.
regarding the anger and fear of foreigners of the greek police, l agree with them and it has been a bad year for greece. lf l can comment on detox's comment of trance festivals with no police troubles.. YESSS l have been in many in various countries and is not everywhere the same. there are countries with police probs but there many without.
the only people who can change that about our homeland are ourselves. we need to do more professional work on trance parties involving media and public information and comparing the impact of trance parties to that of house robberies and murders...
l have spent a week on the phone to greek laywers and the police station in alexandroupoli after my housemate was arrested picking up a plastic bag on the floor.. it was his unluckiest day and it definetly made me sweat dealing with it.
do not be afraid of police and speak to them nicely.
