Man this was the worst party I have ever been to last year and I like progressive. I mean people were sitting on the dance floor smoking a chillum and the Djs were playing form them selves not the crowd.
Well the decor was amazing at night and the location was nothing special you are no where near a beach or lake just in the middle of the field but the people who spilled from boom were awesome thank god but it never took off.
Not to mention is like an hour+ walk from the main town and there is no public transportation so you are left to ask for a ride and most cars are full.

Sorry , Krod20 , but don´t alkl without knowing all the details.
First , etnicanet never had a festival in portugal , second , the party where you where last year it was not at the same place as this one and third , the location is 15 mimutes from thwe village if you go by car - where you expecting a 3 days festival at 15 walking minutes from a village???You will never would have a license for it.
About the dj´s last year...well , it depends on the music you like , but I really enjoyed James monro , Mapusa Mapusa and Bitmonx - but that´s my personal taste.

Astral that was the party.
Mr Diogo first if I made a mistake on the exact party I take it back 2nd I m just explaining my own experience which could be bias.... But so far from astral pics it looks like the same one but except this one would be 3 days so should it be better with a more diverce line up. But really you should provide a shuttle or taxis so people are not stuck there well for people who are not driving that is. Because I have been to other bad parties before the thing about this event was that i had no way of getting out. |

the location where the party is gonna be this year looks very very very good (i've seen some very impressive photos).
This year the lineup will be QUITE diverse, and I can tell you it's gonna be top-quality, no doubt.
We are doing our best to offer partygoers an unforgettable festival - I think it goes without saying that Etnicanet always put quite a lot of energy&preparation into the international festivals we're involved with (e.g. Southafrica 2000 & 2002, Celebra Brasil festivals, and last summer's Samothraki 2002).
