we had a long weekend :P
1. esev (shlomi's birthday near megido)
this was one of the weirdest parties i've been to. i knew i should have gone to the 3rd empire :/
well, the deco was great. that's about the only thing i liked about this party. the music was bad and also backwards - morning music at night leading down to night music in the morning. the crowd was, let's just say, not my type.
2. ohm beach again
well, this time the dj (vinee?) wasn't there cause he was at another party. but we still had a really nice time. ppl, u should check this place out. it's really nice.
3. kin dza dza after party
i was happy to have the chance to dig to kdd's music - we really enjoyed his set - sick, crazy, twisted music :o). but the sound was crap and it was in a closed place so we all died of heat there. i couldn't really be in there for more than an hour... but thanks blossom for the effort, u guys r great.
*. btw, here's something interesting i found out: when blossom's party was closed (even though there were ishurim and everything) they still wanted ppl to hear kdd, so they made a deal w/ karma to let only him play at their party and all their ppl would come to karma. well, none of the dj's were willing to move or shorten their set to let him play, *except* for psychotic micro (respect). they were willing and when kdd was supposed to play at 5am, the karma production decided not to let him play... hello!!! where is your respect for an artist who came from out of the country to play for us??? i really hope that this won't deter other artists from coming to israel.
