First of all we want to thank you all for coming to the Infected Mushroom party at The Rex. Infected were amazing as we are sure you will agree, unfortunatly though there were quite a few other issues on the night we need to apologise for.
We had a few issues with Counterfeit Tickets, this drastically slowed down the door entry system, it also meant the queuing system that was in place simply couldnt handle the amount of people passing through it. We are very sorry for this, we are taking measures to make sure this doesnt happen again wiht ticket collection and with ticket and cash payments, we will be posting our solutions ot the issues on Antiworld and Antidote909 websites as soon as they are all confirmed and in place. What we dont want to do is sit here and tell you were doing things that we cant actually achieve, we have always been proud of the way we deal with issues and problems and over come them, this time it is no different. We will make sure this doesnt happen again at our future parties.
On another note, we also would like to apologise on behalf of the Rex for the abysmal cloakroom system on the night, once again, the sheer volume of people was too great for the space available, the lay out of the venue doesnt lend itself to free flowing traffic, this was very apparent on the night as it took a very long time to get peoples coats after the event. As you will all be aware the Rex was a back up venue for this party, we had hoped to use the Coronet, but unfortunatly the venue isnt licensed so we couldnt use it. This will not be the case in the future though, we will be taking a very keen interest on the way the venues run their systems on the night as it makes it very hard for us to run the best parties when the venues cant cope with the most important people, the clubbers who come to the parties!!
Once again, thankyou for all your comments on this, its with your feedback we can sort out issues we have and make the parties better. We give you our word we are sorting all these things out and will not let you down again!
