hey guys
I have this problem
I cannot work my mk2 dj console because the system cannot recognize the console
eventhough it works perfectly as a soundcard there's no way to open tractor or vdj
when I try to uninstall theres the drivers and reinstall I get a sign about an error 5001 and it stops the procedure
do u know any solution about it?

Are we talking about the Hercules MkII here ?
Try to re-install the software, and then remove everything, you might have some corrupterd/missing files in your current installation. |

ok, can you not install the package again ? don't uninstall, just re-install, and then uninstall the whole thing.
Also, try connecting the device (are we talking about Hercules here ???) to a different USB socket.

What about a system restore to the most recent date, if you haven't disabled it of course, and considering that you didn't install anything else you don't want to loose/reinstall?
