hey, im intrested in making a small party for my upcoming birthday, and i got a small question. one of my friends got a "decent" (as he says) set of speakers+amplifiers, and i need to know IF it will fit my needs
as he said, his amplifiers are 2x 3000w for the 2 subwoofers units, 2x 2500w for the mid
altought he got 4 mid's, 2x 1000w for the monitors (2 monitors), and 2 "hi" speakers which i dunno their w's..
the subs, if i remmeber right are 4 JBL's 19x19inch (2 for each side) ?maybe im talking shit here.. i just cant remember, but they looks kinda massive sets.
anyways i plan on something like 300 people, will someone gimme his openion ?

oh another thing, when i asked him if he would sell it all, what kinda price will he ask, he said around 85,000 - 90,000 nis.

13 KiloWatts of JBL? You could easily cater for 3 times the number of people outdoors and even more indoors.
Plenty of power ...

if u don't look out u can put everybody in the hospital with that kind of power, indoors in a small venue. Outdoors it's probably just adequate. |
