I been producing for a while now without any external hardware or anything only with the computer . CAN ANYONE SUGGEST ME SOME ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT TO START OUT WITH AND Buy . Like midi stuff and synths

A good computer, monitors and a midi controller. That's all you need.

That should sort you out for a control surface - and possibly audio interface too. My hosemate's getting one when they come out (the BCA2000); can't wait to check it out. They look like being exceptionaly affordable too.
