All in all, $10 isn't too bad I guess... There's always some d00d who ends up getting stuck or otherwise tearing up a section of ground with their car. Takes a lot to get to fixed sometimes.

Kinda... Cell phone reception is getting better at this venue, for instance, in the orchard left of cabin rental across from Greg's house allows for text to work per Verizon... Top of one hill phone works, text work other places as well and if one takes a hike right or left of gate phone works, there are other spots dat work, have fun searching for more phone reception, youens have been given plenty of info per ur'ins lizzard
