Lately i´ve ended up equing the master output in fruity loops, i usally boost much in the middle range to get te sound i want.Is this wrong ? am i missing these frequences in my music ? Should i add
these frequences to my song instead of equing the finished song ?

its not wrong in the sense that mastering engineers might end up putting an eq on the master...

BUT

like you said yourself, it would be much better to eq inside your song as best as you can, and record/render your master clean.

that way you will have a clean untouched master file saved aside, and you can mess around creating various "mastered' versions yourself, as well as the clean file handy if its to be released and mastered.

What faxinadu said.

And also in many cases its not even necessary to use eq but its more a matter of levels, sample choice and synth programming.

i agree with faxinadu and AvS!

also, i consider it good practice to separate the mixing stage and the pre-mastering stage.

never have fx on master channel , unless its for artistic purpose.

if u miss middle freq's , just add them where u realy need it , like in leads and whatever u like , i think u wont like to boost all in same place to begin with.

If your track needs mid range boost around 1-4khz it's because your mid range stuff lacks attack.

Try compressing your leads better. The usual mistake with compressors is to put the attack to zero when u compress the attack as well and that way you'll lack that punchy 1-4Khz range. Try adjusting the attack further until you hear that it only touches the bottom of the sound, not the attack (higher pitched "sound") of it.

And remember to put the release to short enough in order to not to compress the attack of next note/sound.

that 1-4Khz is the primary range of human hearing and it determines the tracks "volume".

If it lacks those frequencies the track sounds less loud though it might be limited on 0.0.

On the other hand too much of that 1-4 KHz will mask man's hearing ability in a sense that you won' hear anything else well as it is the primary range.

That 1-4KHz is where the most dynamic changes should be to make the music sound dynamic though the gain meters are easily raised up with lower frequenzies it doesn't mean that it's actually "loud". It's something you have to determine by your own ears.

I use an eq on the master fader, but thats for the room. I check th whole spectrum for standing waves and resonances. and make an eq in to get a good sounding room. that something i was doing a while ago while i was engineering during live shows for bands and i still use it now when i work in an untreated space . its true that if you have a treated room its not gonna do much.

...and of course i do remove the eq for the 2 or 6 tracks bouncing.
