wow an immense octopus!! did anyone else see it? hehe
maybe someone should have told them to turn up the volume from 1 to at least 5  seriously you could almost talk at normal volume, even later in the evening on the main floor....
Enjoyed Joti a lot... nice 'acid progressive' or whatever it is called! Christof was a disappointment to me. Dunno why - I just wasnt inspired by a constant stream of fullon, with little variety. Maybe it was partially cos of the soundsystem. His Live got much better than his DJ set though. Space Tribe was ace! and they really let loose with the fantastic lights, lasers and epilepsy inducing strobe. The octopus was freaking out by this stage in a big way. I thought Ollie looked like a psychedelic David Lynch character (or maybe Lynch himself?) with this ludicrous eraserhead haircut and sleeveless space tribe fluro shirt. I enjoyed watching him groove around a bit (more than raja ram in his Dj set last week).
Last Rex party for a while..... maybe for a long time? It really did feel like the end of an era.... to me anyway. Time for a bit of a change I think.

Indeed the lights was Amazing in this party, joti gave really nice Set with great production, but i didnt feel his stage present (i felt like he put a CD and went for a beer).
anyway, i was also a bit disappointment of christof, his tracks didnt go nowhere, aldo his dj set was better, then come olli (what a wierd guy) and gave powerfull set and live act.
very nice people was there, and the vibe was great.

a few things to add :
the sound was not loud because the guy who owns or manage ? the sound system keeps coming and turning it down specially when Christof was playing...
As for Oli set in case you don't know his set and live are mixed toghether so his playing one of his tracks follow by somebody else that for 2 hours and a half . so try to find out which is what...
in a way it's a safe way to play if people don't like one of your tracks you just put a bomb afterthat and people think yes that's a great track ...
