At our last event we came together to Embrace the Light. We celebrated everything that we love about ourselves, each other, and the universe.
Now we come together for a darker purpose. We must acknowledge that we find ourselves in a world where absolute light is as blinding as absolute darkness. Without feeling pain we cannot know pleasure. Without Experiencing sorrow we cannot appreciate joy. Without the possibility of weakness we do not have the ability to be strong.
In our internal struggles, in our daily lives, in the world at large we find ourselves confronted with that which we do not understand. Too often we react to this misunderstanding with fear, anger, and denial. When we try to run from that which we fear we find that it always pursues us. When we combat that which we hate, it always finds ways to fight back. When we cut ourselves off from that which we deny we only give it the power to act on us unseen and uncontrolled.
We find ourselves confronted with a choice. W can either choose to experience less. We can pull away from the darkness and the light through our fear, anger, and denial. Or we can accept the world as we find it. We can immerse ourselves in it, seeing it as the beautiful fractal landscape that is born from the interaction of darkness and light.
If we choose to participate in the universe as it is, we may find that from our greatest fear becomes our greatest accomplishment, in our vilest enemy we find our closest ally, from our most pathetic weakness comes our most courageous strength. We may find the only love exists and that evil is the illusion.
When we come together again we may find all of this and more, if only we can learn to Embrace the Darkness!

Embrace the Darkness will be an exploration and celebration of the darker side. We come together to find strength in the darkness and to learn to see it as not only a necessity but as a beautiful part of ourselves, our world and our music.
Expect an incredible evening of dark dance music, soothing chill grooves, mind-blowing progressive deco, great vibes, and a safe place to explore your inner darkness. We plan on going from sunset until well after sunrise, so come rested and ready to stay late.
We've got a great line-up of DJs and musical performers so far including:
Mike Davis~Dark Techno,
DJ Infinite Bliss~Trance and Psy,
Hardcore Nate~Psytrance,
Collision and Aktif ~Psytrance ,
PsiloPsyBen~Psytrance,
GeaL~Psytrance, and
HoZ~House/Breaks.
These guys will be banging out darkness from dusk till dawn and beyond on the 10,000+ watt soundsystem of the mainstage.
On the chill stage we have Armchair throwing down some world lounge, MDA spinning chill minimal, Soundsystem Zer0 on live PA, and Anand coaxing you back to sanity with ambient. This is going to be the chillest place in a town known for chill.
More performers to be announced.
Our last event was a great success, thanks to much help and love from so many folks who are involved with the Chilluminati Universe, and we want to do it again only this time bigger, better, and definitely darker.
We'll have more info to come, but I wanted everyone to have the date set as soon as possible because you're not gonna want to miss this.
Please help out, please contribute, please help spread the word, please do what you can to help us make this one of the baddest-ass parties the Twin Cities has ever seen.

Minoutpsyde will be bringing our usual big-gun weaponry: 2 400 watt blacklight cannons, the mass-load of various spandex, and tapestries galore. watch out, a visual feast will ensue! |

Guess its not a class to attend after all..lol..should we expect any out of towners??..please let us know so that we can arrange hosts for crashing if neccessary.. hope to see as many people as possible at this one:) |
