Elportal are far into the progress of building a site about electronic music. Its a very ambitious project and one of the goals is to turn the site into a big library with a vast amount of information and possibilities.
In the artist and label section you can sign in and upload your infos and pictures, covers etc...The profiles can be edited at all times...
Heres an example of how it can look:

The crew are working hard with the development of the site, which is online now, And in a short while there will be a download shop as well as record shops and an ever evolving lot of other features and possibilities.
For example a section about gear and a section with upload / download of samples...

It's a nice site for sure, been regged there for a few months, checking out the different profiles 
Still, for it to be really interesting it should be more "alive", meaning more frequent updates (news, reviews, interviews etc.), and I would also love to see a forum there too.
Nice work so far though - keep it up.
