bought this one a few days ago.
most of the album isn't very high in bpm, ranging from 130-140 (i think). on the whole, the album is quite clubby and very cheerful. in most of the tracks you won't get carried away with happiness but it sure has a beat to it.
overall, it passed nothing above that.

one of the best progressives i know.
first 4 trax are simply great with Welkomen, Akasha, Belive and Transform.... the last 4 r not worth mentioning.
waiting for the next Element.
