Yes, Bamba records. the real surprise here is that it's a new german label! which leads us to the following question: Is there any Bamba in Germany?!! what's it taste like??
well anyhow, back to the "review". Track 8 alone by ESR worth having this one. It's absolutely one of the best chillout tracks I heard recently. You have to hear it! It starts with precussions combined with a melancolic guitar (similar to pink floyd) and slowly becomes more and more psychedelic.
Most chillout releases lately tend to touch more in dub, dnb, breakbeat and other genres of electronic music. this one simply tries to bring you good music. lounge music as Cosmophilia's description says. but personally I couldn't get the story this compilation tries to tell. you won't feel any special journey here but just a mixture of lounge music. still that doesn't mean the tracks are no good. :-) all in all it's worth purchasing.
