On Friday 21st September, Stinky's Peephouse Leeds will experience a gigantic 10 hour event spanning through the freshest progressive sounds of house and trance. Electronic Architects will showcase some of the rising talent within the dance music scene, this mammoth showcase will all unfold in what promises to be a truly electric yet intimate setting.
In the lead up to this event, we have teamed up with a number of the artists to provide you with some tasty treats to whet your appetite. In anticipation of the biggest and best party that September has to offer.
James Wood (Wandii) and Andrew Curd met online in May 2004. Four years later in 2008 they finally decided to form Karanda.Their first release as Karanda took them both by surprise, receiving support from Armin van Buuren on A State of Trance and later their track ‘Shuffle’ was supported by Judge Jules on Radio 1.
With Karanda almost halfway through 2012, they have continued their hardwork. Releasing another flurry of quality productions. So far we have seen several remixes for the likes of Audien, Fast Distance, Rater and a recent hit remix for Matt Davey, reaching the Top 50 Trance Beatport Chart. The originals are all the more impressive with tracks like ‘Cloud Nine’, ‘Skyfall and the aptly named ‘Titan’ all recently released on Alter Ego Records and Enhanced Music respectively.
