Hi all,
This may be spam in a way but it helps you too so...
For all the people from the countries I mentioned: Electrobel (the huge Belgian creative commons producers-site) is going international. You can upload songs up to 15mb , as much songs as you want, you have a profile, people can add comments and vote for your songs, you can have favourites and so on. Electrobel is divided into different styles and offcourse 'goa' is one of them.
So for those searching for hosting in these countries (only for locals):
