It's a collective of Dj's, Producers and Jazz musicians from Berlin Hamburg and Munich. They have been remixing a lot of other artists.

yes flanger is unblievable!
their new album spirituals is really cool but might be hard to appreciate for some, but check out their earlier albums if you like intricately produced electro jazz |

Subgud - Xpander (not whet you have in mind I guess. But not far off. And it's a beautiful album. Smoker friendly
Xploding Plastic maybe?
Try jaga jazzist. Not that much electroic. But cool. http://www.discogs.com/artist/Jaga+Jazzist
My personal taste for it is that I never listen to the above choises of recomendations. EXEPT. Subgud. A must to hear with good speakers. Many hidden base waves. .. I'm gonna pt it n now.
So the Flexitones album is good eh? I've been struggling between buying it and not buying it for ages.

Check out Compost Records' "Future Sounds of Jazz" compilations... (they're on Vol. 10 now I believe), Vol. 6 from 1999 is one of the cd's that got me into electronic music - I will love that cd forever.
