I just LOVE this album, the guy really rocks!!!
Beautiful atmospheres and very well produced of course...Is that only I who thinks Lumiere is one of the bEST tracks EVER?
The best ones: 1, 4!!!, 7, and the ambients..

ok.
i heard it.
"Embrace it" is great on the album too...
a very nice album with too much good ambients..
i would prefer only 1 ambient track.
but for sure "Lumiere" is one of the best tracks i heard this year.
good vibe and feel in this great track.
this is one of the top 10 tracks of 2002.
and its high in the list imho.
good one Boris Blenn !
p.s. - i would love some recomendations on stuff like this track... i realy missed that feeling of a good melodic track.

Well, after seeing quite a few of these tracks performed live, during which I for the first time understood the full depth of the progression and grooves in Boris Blen's music, I gave this another listen. This is the most complex, intelligent piece of music I have heard in the last year. The grooves are deep as it gets, the vibes are amazing and uplifting, emotional, spiritual...
Impulse, Exciter, Embrace It are the three that stand out in this album for me.

btw - his live act included half EU stuff and half Jupiter 8000 stuff..
same feeling music ?? take previous albums by him.. no realy somebody make this style these days..

Electric Universe - One Love (Spirit Zone 1995) - first step of Borris Blenn's career, first step for a spirit zone crew.. full of spirit Goa trance.. a classic of the early era..
Electric Universe - Stardiver (Spirit Zone 1997) - a best imo album from B.B... include absolute classic trak "online information" and "radio s.p.a.c.e.".. truly masterpice of psychedelic trance.. not so melodic and truly energetic..
Electric Universe - Waves (Spirit Zone 1998) - a firststep to tech trance that i know.. before somebody knew words "minimal" "tech" "groove" B.B. maked a wonderfull album of techy Goa trance with EU spirit into.. "flashback" is a trippy trak and "the island" was a start of soft side of trance for me..
Electric Universe - Blue Planet (Spirit Zone 1999) - another classic tunes from EU.. "meteor" (that was played in his live act three days before) is a all time party hit and rest of trax explain what is "subtle" is..
Electric Universe - Divine Design (Spirit Zone 2000) - as usual great stuff.. melodic and harmony full.. "love is not a crime" is a pure killer... ambient trax here just amazing..
also put your attention on -
Jupiter 8000 - (Nova Tekk 1999) - techy ad groovey his music hit dancefloors at night time..
Galaxy (two albums on Blue Room) - great techy/drum&bass'y chill out music for relax moments..
well, thats a Borris Blenn cd'ography...
ah, and he started new project "Blue Beat Production" that provide clubby tunes.. releases on Plusquam as well..

its my pleasere to write about my all time favorite artist..
im not realy can dance his stuff today, actualy i sitted while he played his live act but the weed and the sunrize with his melodies did it to me anyway..
i jelous for a ppl who still into spirtual dance expiriences that Borris know to make so well..

wako, you may have heard it already, but given your tastes you should seek out a track off an old tipworld compilation by electric scientists (ie gms and borris blenn) it is called 'do you seek knowledge in time travel' or smthing similar, i rather liked it at the time... its off the trance de levissia comp.

i have much respect to electric universe
but this album just dont do it for me.
most of the sound's are like from thier last albums.
