very strong album and the treble sounds are extremely goatrance... don't knwow how to explain that expression... but it's like the old goa sounds are restyled in a little faster and more explosive package...
I like it a lot... It's real travelling...  |

Beware full-on lovers, this is it, the revenge of goa artists is coming. After Space Tribe's "Time S-t-r-e-t-c-h" this one clearly sends the message that old school goa producers are merging goa with full-on. It's a comercial move? Dunno but it sounds fantastic and i just wish that Astral Projection and Hallucinogen makes the same move.

It is not bad, but even nothing something special..the best track is "you decide".
Tracks goes all in the same direction if you ask me..but it is good for the dancefloor..

01. The Prayer - Sanskrit shlokas, atmospheric pads, psychedelic melodies puts this track on my Eternal Hall of Fame List!! 
02. Journey Into The Subconscious - Killer bassline and beat. Touch of old skool goa melodies. High energy pumping here ..
03. Acidance - ethereal pads and acidic sounds stand out in this track.
04. Gaijinrocker - more killer bass and guitar riffs here. When the track begins, you go like "ok" .. and then later in the track, the guitar kicks in .. you go "wow"..
05. See The Light (Blue Beat Mix) - old skool goa, melodic track. ok ok track.
06. You Decide - killer bass is back .. yeah!! .. trippy grooves .. roaring synth sounds .. .. 303 sounds are back ..
07. Nova 3 - and you are floating inside the nova .. spacey sounds and floating pads makes this a uplifting track .. Intro resembles sounds from the Goa Gil intro (Forest of the saints), i think ..
08. Morning Star - intro breaks open up to a trippy beat .. psychedelic melodies and spacey floating sounds mark this track .. listener is on his journey to the star ..
09. Meteor 2004 - Space travel reignited with anthem guitars .. psychedelic guitar and groovy beat together in one track .. yeah!!
10. Return To Source - No album is complete without the mandatory chillout track in the end .. the whole cosmic experience comes to a peaceful rest here .. time to wake up from your trip ..
Really good CD ..
Good music .. melodic, groovy, killer music .. beautifully mastered and structured music .. gets my 9/10

hello! very good album, kinda old by now.. are you sure this is the first threat to review it? well... 08. Morning Star 7:40 144bpm is my favorite by far, sure its on my top 100 hahaha

I really liked this cd as well. Like someone previously stated it is full on with a Goa flare. Great music to work out to.

I downloaded this album couple of months back & it has really grown on me. I really like the old skool sounds.
I want to buy it but not available on Saikosounds & Psy shop. 
Anyone knows where i can buy this online.

Great album... I've owned it some time now and listened to it a lot. It's really great, especially Morning Star Bummer they don't have it in stock @ psyshop now Punit, but I saw they still have Unify in store, so if you don't own that one from Electric Universe you could try that one instead and wait for the new cd to arrive again. Unify is the one with the pink cover and it was the album before Cosmic Experience, and, to me Unify still stands out as one of Boris' best albums to date.

Sure you can. If you don't own any of his older releases or his Jupiter 8000 albums. His older releases are still in stock at psyshop. Especially Divine Design and Unify are great releases as well, and in sound haven't aged a day compared to this one even. Try those and you'll be satisfied.

I have bought this cd after seeing Electric Universe live (montafon, austria, 2004).
The live experience really blew me away! And the cd is excellent as well!

Absolutely killer album. What I love in Electric universe is that he follows his style from late 90's (when I first heard him).
Prayer (1 track) is awesome.
And Morning star (track 8) is one of the most INSANE tracks I've ever heard. It just makes you listen to it over and over again. Top rank |
