.. yet another concept that`s tossed around here all too often which i fail to understand .. so , could someone explain what exactly is this `ego crushing trance` thing ? how it works and examples of tracks that crushed your ego

Music that puts your heart in your mouth when under the peak effects of a strong LSD trip.. Somewhat makes you realize how "little" or "nothing" you are compared to other powerful things - in this case music  The music kinda makes you forget your tripping, and things feel very real - something like experiencing and becoming a part of the track itself or the track becoming its own entity...a very larger than life vibe.. Well i think its stupid to name a subgenre as "ego crushing psytrance" but yes the combination of LSD + psychedelic music can cause such effects.
Examples which have worked hehe 
1. Osom - Compos Mentis 
2. Derango - Implosions (Technical Hitch Rmx) 
did for me bigtime...turning points in life hehe

i guess its to each its own .. pretty much if you as a soul are in different and cleansed enuf the suppression factor will nullify itself..!
have never had this feeling though  ..!
but yes i have felt MIND CONTROL many a times in such a case where i feel that where everything around the world is done to form a certain mind control where you can control the thghts of ppl arnd by suppressing their thoughts with realism or with other things ..!
the world is pretty much running for power and captivating the power and essence within each other.!
BOoOm..!

But put meditation in the equation, and it could be an intense engagement of spiritual warriors.
Just a warning, don't mix drugs with meditation because you risk loosing your sanity, specially with strong kundalini yoga

It jump-started my spiritual path 
I like to think that some of my music, especially through sample-use, could be something a bit challenging for a human ego. But funny nontheless

Youve gotta be kidding me. Judging all drug-use as escapism is pure ignorance.

taking drugs could mean that you have a thirst for spirituality within you, but unfortunately drugs are fake, the only way to awaken it is by the power of spirit alone.
people just take drugs, because they offer a quick way of feeling "something" meditation on the other hand takes time, and discipline, but once you drink the nectar of meditation you start developing a dispassion for material things.
those are exactly the warriors that awaken when krishna and arjuna blow their conchshells
the conch shells symbolize the cosmic vibration of OM which is blown during meditation.
and the pandus or light warriors are all within you, waking for you to wake them up and the kundalini be raised!

How do you define fake? What is reality without something to experience it?
I agree that there is a lot of wrong usage of drugs, and that meditation is definetively harder without them, but certain drugs, psychedelic ones, have played a major part in spiritual awakenings in the westernized world.
Why is the divinity experienced through and lsdtrip any less real than one experienced in "natural" meditaion?
In my opinion, the biggest difference between meditation without drugs and with it is the focus on self discipline.
In the end, they are both meditation, but on a trip, you get forced into it, and in ordinary meditaion you have to practice.
Use of psychedelics can ofcourse be very frightening, but so can meditation be! The thing is that you dont get forced into it the same way.
But hey, if you can manage to go as far as you can on psychedelics in meditation, go for it. Im not there just "yet"... so until then, I figure I can use both
