You may have not heard of EFG before, but in his first psytrance foray, EFG leaves the genre confines of the chanesque style from which he gained incredible underground standing.
Just listening to the first track in this album gives such a rich warm feel from the awesome sounds this artists brings to the table. The album's first half is all about the rich, warm, progressive feel. This is one of the albums that redefine a genre, like FREq and Son Kite did in earlier years.
Lost is perhaps the only track which thrives on a theatrical feel, using samples from the TV series was kinda cheesy, but works efficiently, changing the mood of the album into a darker, but still incredibly groovy masterpiece.
The album is perhaps the shot in the arm the progressive scene needs, bringing it from a genre that follows the trends of other scenes, to one that sets them. This is nothing less than a revolution.
Game is wonderful, from start to end, and should be hailed as the most beautiful piece of art we've seen in years. Way to go EFG.
